Get your Coaching Staff set up and easily manage their assigned Services, Work Hours, Days Off as well as any Special Days.
Let’s take a look at how you can access and Add an Employee!
Navigating to Coaches
Navigate to Roster > Coaches using the side navigation menu within the Admin Dashboard.
On this page, you can View and Edit your Employee’s personal and roster details. If you’re visiting this page for the first time you’ll likely not see any Employees listed.
Utilise the Search and Filter functionality to find Coaches. Simply click on the coach card to view or edit their details.
Adding an Employee
To add a new employee simply click the “Add Employee” button. An Employee form will open to the right of the screen.
Get started by providing basic Personal and Contact Details for your employee. If you have more than one Location you can choose the location to assign this employee to. If your Employee is already registered you can select them via the System User or additionally, you can Create a New User.
If your employee is responsible for individual Services/Classes you can link these to them under the Assigned Services tab.
Under the Work Hours tab, you can set the weekly hours for an employee.
Furthermore, you can include Days Off for Holidays, Sick Days etc.
Under the Special Days tab, you can include any important days associated with an employee (Birthday, Work Anniversary, etc.)
Finally, don’t forget to “Save” your newly created Employee.
And that’s it! We’ve successfully added our first Employee.
