Appointments

Club Services are being booked by your customers? That’s great news!

Let’s take a look at how to View and Add New Appointments.

 

Navigating to Appointments

Navigate to Roster > Appointments using the side navigation menu within the Admin Dashboard.

On this page, you can View and Edit your existing Club Appointments. Using the Search and Filter functions you can quickly find the appointment you’re looking for. By selecting the File Icon to the right of the search bar you can Export the list of appointments.

Quickly update the Status of an appointment by using the dropdown menu. Click the Pen Icon to edit a specific appointment. Support Docs - Appointments - Step 2

By clicking the Expand [>] button you can see additional details about the customer.

Adding a New Appointment

For those times you need to Manually Add Appointments you can click the “New Appointment” button. This will open up the Appointment Form to the right of the screen.

Start by including the Member(s), Service Category, Service, Employee (Coach), Date/Time plus any additional Notes.

Finally, don’t forget to “Save” your newly created Appointment.

And that’s it! We’ve successfully added a New Appointment.
