Navigating to FAQ
Navigate to Member Portal > Content Settings using the side-navigation menu within the Admin Dashboard.
On this page, you’ll find the link for FAQ.
Here you’ll see the list of FAQs. If you’re visiting this page for the first time you won’t see any FAQs displayed.
Let’s change that!
To add a new FAQ click the “Add New” button above the table.
Give the FAQ a Title (Question) and Description (Answer) so that members can easily find the answers to their questions.
Include the Author Display Name (who is creating the FAQ).
Add FAQ Categories and Tags to assist members with finding FAQs.
Once you’re happy with the changes be sure to “Publish” your newly created FAQ.
