Navigating to CRM Dashboard

Navigate to the Member CRM page in the side navigation within the Admin Dashboard.

From there you will be taken to the Overview section where you will have access to the CRM Dashboard.

Exploring the CRM Dashboard

CRM Dashboard provides you with an overview of all the Contacts and Companies linked to your CRM system along with the Life Stage of these contacts. This can be seen at the top of the dashboard section.

On the right side of the dashboard, daily and upcoming Tasks/Schedules for the logged-in user can be seen. Below upcoming schedules are the list of Recently Added contacts and companies.

In the centre of the dashboard, you will see all Tasks and Schedules assigned to them on the built-in Virtual Calendar feature. You can filter and change the format of the calendar using the buttons provided.
