Change, Revoke & Add User Roles

Need to add, change or revoke user roles?

Let’s take a look at where you can do this inside your app!

 

Navigating to All Members

Navigate to All Members using the side-navigation menu within the Admin Dashboard.

Here you’ll find a list of your Members/Users with a summary of their Roles and other Personal Details.

To Change, Add or Revoke a role. Select the user you wish to modify by clicking the check box next to the Member Name.

 

Using the drop-down menu select the role you wish to change, add or revoke for the user.

 

If you’ve selected a role in the Change role dropdown menu then click the corresponding button e.g. “Change” to action changes.

  • Add Role = Add
  • Revoke Role = Revoke

 

And it’s as simple as that!
